Atmosphere Concierge provides strategic travel consulting and logistics management services for the planning and execution of corporate meetings and events on a management fee basis. Our knowledge and approach make us leaders in the industry for innovative and experiential events.

Atmosphere Concierge is not a member of TICO and therefore, we do not collect program-related funds. Our clients sign contracts and pay vendor deposits and other fees directly.

We also partner with Meeting Escrow Inc., a trusted, independent provider of secure payment, foreign currency budget protection, deposit escrow accounts, VAT recovery and other financial services for meetings & events worldwide. Our clients sign all supplier contracts and can deposit the necessary funds in segregated trust accounts with Meeting Escrow for payment directly to the suppliers per the terms of the contracts.
